Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform data entry and filing duties
- Ensure that all files are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval
- Assist in organizing and maintaining records and documents
- Update and enter data into spreadsheets and databases as needed
- Track and maintain inventory of office supplies and order when necessary
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports as needed
- Assist in administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding file management and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry
- Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
