Job Description:
This Director has accountability for Integrated Primary Care and Hospital Based Clinics across our Mental Health CSL.
Provides management to multiple outpatient provider clinics, development and growth of new provider services, ensures implementation of programs and that outcomes are measurable and repeatable. Ensures all programs support the mission and strategic objectives of the system. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the successful implementation of best practices.
Principle Responsibilities

Provides leadership and management for multi-site clinical operations and services.
- Ensures operations meeting quality, financial and affordability targets.
- Ensures clinical programs adopt and measure outcomes utilizing approved methodology for quality improvement.
- Enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of the interdisciplinary care model by assessing quality and efficiency and leading appropriate change.

Enacts best practice standards of care for the clinical service line.
- Assists clinical operations and services in the development of standard treatment protocols for targeted populations to ensure the provision of standardized care of the highest quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Partners with physician clinical program leaders to prioritize and operationalize appropriate clinical programs.
- Strategically plans for new programs and modification of existing programs and services.
- Collaborates with the system leaders to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.

Manages employees and holds them accountable for role responsibilities, competencies, individual performance and goals.
- Supports the recruitment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding process.
- Conducts ongoing coaching, assessment, training and education of staff.
- Completes and conducts employee performance reviews.
- Responsible for engagement of employees and contributing to annual department-wide engagement plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health care, business management or related field
- 7 years of progressive health care operations experience
- 7 years of health care management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, public health or hospital administration
- Prior Mental Health experience is strongly preferred
Physical Demands
- Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently

Pay Range:
Pay Range: $67.22 to $93.00 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education. Additional incentives may be available, including discretionary monetary bonuses, goal-based bonuses, and other financial incentives.
