Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of lawns and landscapes, utilizing various equipment, including zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, and other tools, to ensure clients’ properties are maintained to the highest standards. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming, to maintain clean, well-manicured lawns.

· Operate and maintain zero-turn mowers, ensuring they are in good working condition.

· Follow detailed instructions and specific guidelines for lawn care and maintenance.

· Apply pesticide and herbicides for weed and pest control, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

· Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly after use.

· Inspect lawns regularly and address any issues, including pest or disease problems, ensuring the best outcome for the client’s lawn health.

· Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

· Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all safety protocols and best practices.

· Keep accurate records of services performed and any equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

· Pesticide Applicator License preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

· Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.

· Ability to operate and maintain zero-turn mowers and other lawn care equipment.

· Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

· Ability to follow instructions and take pride in delivering high-quality results.

· Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies as needed.

· Ability to kneel, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Salary : $18 - $22
