ALLO seeks an experienced and systems-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead large and complex projects of critical importance to the organization, working closely with the ALLO Team and vendors to plan, design, coordinate, implement, and communicate status on projects. The ideal candidate will have a diverse portfolio of technical project successes, demonstrating strong scope, budget, schedule, and quality management.We pursue these passions because ALLO leaders have created a workplace where folks are valued, ideas are heard, and leaders and teammates show up for each other at work and in life.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and successful execution of multiple onboarding, implementation, and migration projects through cross-functional collaboration
- Performing analysis/due diligence, creating clear and attainable objectives, and building project requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Actively tracking each aspect of project performance against schedules and critical paths
- Providing status reporting and updates on issue resolution
- Delivering against agreed cost, time, scope, and quality constraints
- Creating, coordinating, and promoting continuous improvement of workflows, procedures, processes, and standards, including documentation
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION:
- Post-Secondary degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years in project management experience, preferably in telecommunications or information technology
- Experience in end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects
- PMP and/or Agile Certification a plus
- Mastery of one or more Project Management software applications is required (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
- Ability to create highly detailed, large and complex project plans, demonstrating a thorough understanding of work breakdown structures, critical path analyses, and project dependencies
- Skill and ability to create project templates and/or playbooks for future initiatives at scale
- Deep product knowledge of CRM, HRMS, BSS/OSS, or ITSM systems
- Ability to facilitate project planning and related decisions with key project members and/or stakeholders
- Ability to effectively and efficiently facilitate project meetings and expedite high-impact risks or issues for resolution
- Proven ability to build and present concise project reporting and dashboards, using data to tell a meaningful story
- Skill to translate highly technical information for communicating to a diverse group of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- Thorough understanding of RAID reporting and change management
- Proven ability to obtain and/or deliver high-value project deliverables asynchronously
- Strong organization and prioritizing skills
- Client focused – internal and external facing
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate with all levels of the organization
- Excellent relationship building skills
