TheSenior Business Analystevaluates processes, gathers requirements, and recommends improvements to support the Student Loan Servicing Program. This role ensures solutions align with FSA guidelines, program goals, and borrower satisfaction targets.What You'll Do:

• Analyze business workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for systems and processes
• Ensure business solutions meet FSA, FedRAMP, and NIST compliance standards
• Maintain detailed documentation including business requirements and workflows
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and program leaders
• Track and report on the impact of implemented solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within a regulated environment
• Strong data analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with loan servicing or federal compliance is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Visio, Jira) beneficial
• Must be a US Citizen willing/able to get a government clearance
• Must be able to work in the DC and/or Mechanicsburg Office at least 3 daysa week
