Position Overview
As the Assistant Operations Manager at Falkner Gardens, you will play a pivotal role in our growing company. This is a dynamic position that requires exceptional communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, and project management skills. You will work directly with the Operations Manager, assisting in all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to :
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization across the shop, trucks, and job sites
- Optimizing communication between Operations Manager and crews
- Ordering material for jobs and managing inventory
- Reading a project plan and laying out a job site
- Cultivating teamwork and positive morale
