About the role:

You will be integral to three clinics’ success, responsible for day-to-day scheduling, operations, supervision, and reporting inside the clinics. The role will report to the Chattanooga Director of Clinical Operations and directly support the Medical Director and the corporate client team. The position promises a wide range of challenges and opportunities, with the chance to significantly contribute to the health and safety of a large workforce.

Job requirements:

  • Oversee the management of three clinics, responsible for day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of timesheets and approving prior to payroll deadlines.
  • Responsible for ensuring patient needs are met. Monitors patient through-put, wait times, and feedback, then designs, leads, and implements process improvements.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and continued development of staff, with the input and support of the Director of Clinical Operations
  • Collaborate with management on staff reviews, feedback, and disciplinary action.
  • Oversees and supports coordination of health care services from the onset of work-related injury evaluation through worker's compensation injury, disability, and return to work evaluation and return to work or an optimal alternative.
  • Understand and comply with all regulatory, procedural, and licensing requirements.
  • May provide patient care if qualified.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • A minimum of two years of management experience in a medical office or outpatient setting
  • Working knowledge of occupational health services (change?)
  • An active LPN, RN, or equivalent license is preferred
