Responsibilities:

• Learn the manufacturing operation and translate that knowledge into quoting/costing of manufactured products.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

• Provide support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies and guidelines in a friendly and professional manner.

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Provide general office administration support.

Skills Needed:

• 2 years of customer support experience.

• Strong ability to take in technical information and translate it into costing.

• Mechanically inclined, with a machine tool background preferred.

• Ability to read basic prints.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Ability to learn industry specifications and research standards.

• Quick learning and adaptability.

• Patience in learning the quoting process.

• Effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that may arise with customers.

• Ability to achieve and maintain rapport with customers and provide them with the best possible service regularly.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Positive and professional demeanor.

• ERP Software or manufacturing accounting experience is a plus.
