What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Associate position at Alloya Corporate FCU?
We are seeking a Member Services Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping Alloya's member credit unions by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities :
- Handle member inquiries and complaints.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Document and update member records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Qualifications :
Work hours are Monday through Friday, generally 40 hours per week. Must be available to work between the hours of 9 : 00 am and 7 : 00 pm from Alloya's Albany, NY office. In addition to their salary, Member Services Associates are additionally compensated with a commuter stipend.
