Project Manager:
Allphase Masonry & Chimney Services, LLC is looking for a project manager that is a driven, detail -oriented team player. This vital role is responsible for managing projects, adhering to safety standards, coordinating supplies needed for daily jobs and will monitor all activities and site conditions. The project manager will work closely with the Sales team, Scheduler, and Management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish and be able to assign appropriate crews to jobs daily. They should be well versed in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and have a deep understanding of chimney and masonry techniques, and safety protocols for guiding our teams and addressing challenges that may arise on site.
Job responsibilities:
Read and understand job instructions, specifications, and assign crews daily to appropriate jobs
Manage supplies needed for individual jobs. Coordinate lift rentals needed with Scheduler and obtain/assign any other tools, scaffolding, materials needed for each job
Utilize time management skills to independently ensure completion of projects
Perform other office duties as needed for the general support of the company, work cohesively with other staff
Communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, vendors and customers as needed
Order materials
Track job progress- Identify problems early and act immediately to provide solutions
Conduct regular on-site inspections as needed for quality control, cleanliness and overall productivity. Implement corrective action when necessary
Team leadership: Lead and motivate crews, fostering a collaborative work environment. Assist crews as needed with troubleshooting on specific job sites that may need expert knowledge
Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety protocols on job sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct safety training sessions and ensure compliance with all regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years professional experience within chimney, fireplace, and masonry industry
Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, including scopes of work, specifications and the project schedule
Solid written, computer and oral communication skills
Experience with workplace safety practices
Valid Driver’s License
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and well organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize as needed
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication, critical thinking, self-awareness, emotional intelligence and problem solving are all skill sets needed for this important role
Other Details:
Position is Full time Monday through Friday 7:00-5:00 (work schedule may vary some)
Salary will be based on experience level (80-120K annually)
