We are looking for a highly creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will be passionate about staying current with the latest design and video trends, as well as emerging social media strategies, to effectively engage with our audience. This role is critical in supporting our growth in the U.S. market by developing visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
This is a hybrid position leaning toward a remote working environment.
We want your help in the following areas:
Content Creation & Design
- Develop short product videos, social media ads, reels, and visual content that drive brand awareness.
- Design lead generation landing pages, magazine advertorials, and sales visuals that adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
- Create yearly release graphics/visuals, swag, and other marketing materials to support product launches and campaigns.
- Ensure all visuals adhere to the corporate brand guides while pushing the envelope in terms of creativity and trends.
Trend Monitoring
- Stay up to date with the latest design, video, and social media trends.
- Identify new opportunities to position our brand in a fun and trendy way on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and Facebook.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to create assets that drive lead generation, including social media campaigns and online/offline marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design sales visuals, such as short sales videos and social media ads, to boost lead generation and conversions.
Event Support
- Assist in creating event support designs such as banners, backdrops, and promotional items for trade shows and company events.
Brand Positioning
- Contribute creative ideas and strategies to position our brand as a market leader, ensuring that visuals appeal to the next generation audiences and align with our brand voice.
- Leverage social media to continuously find new ways to make the brand fun, trendy, and relatable.
If you have the following skills and experience, come work with us:
- Real work experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or product-driven environment, with a portfolio to share
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience with social media ads, reels, and short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
