Quality Manager - Plastics Manufacturing - Base Salary to 110k / year - Worcester, MA
Our client is an industry-leading plastics manufacturer. They are seeking a Quality Manager with a strong background in plastic injection molding. This is a great work environment, and the plant is in excellent shape.
Responsibilities :
Work cross functionally with other departments for all things quality related.
Work closely with internal and external auditing.
Manage the ISO 9001 program and ensure compliance with this standard.
Manage inspection, measuring and test equipment calibration.
Create internal inspection plans.
Lead continuous improvement efforts and identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Train and mentor quality techs, inspectors, and engineers.
Monitor key metrics and KPI tracking.
Identify ways to improve quality and improve efficiency.
Qualifications :
3 years quality supervisory or management experience.
MUST have plastic injection molding experience.
Internal / external auditing experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
Compensation :
Base salary to 110k / year
