Business Development Representative - Truck and Trailer Manufacturing - Base Salary 52k / year - Gallatin, TN
Our client manufactures high-quality truck bodies and trailers for landscaping, hauling, construction, equipment distribution, and farming.
They are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Gallatin. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new markets and potential distribution partnerships.
Responsibilities :
Create and utilize monthly sales forecasts to identify and grow sales
Estimate date of delivery to the customer based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules
Enter new customer data, log daily activity into a CRM
Prepare sales quotes to ensure proper manufacturing of the purchased product
Work with production and engineering to identify innovation trends and business opportunities to ensure delivery of a premier product
Qualifications :
3 years successful sales experience (new business development is a plus)
Strong understanding of how to prioritize time and tasks in addition to managing a calendar and schedule flexibility
Responsible for developing one’s schedule to include confirmed introductions with new business opportunities
