Director of Sales - HVAC Manufacturer - Base Salary to 170k / year - Atlanta, GA
Our client, a stable, fast-growing HVAC manufacturing company, has an immediate need for a Director of Sales to grow their client base and existing clients in the retailer space.
In this role, the Director of Sales will be responsible for growing the team, devising sales strategy, and oversee business performance, develop marketing campaigns, work with supply chain and finance, etc. This role is 50% work from home. 50% in the field. Candidates must reside on the East Coast for full consideration for this position.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a comprehensive US sales strategy, ensuring achievement of revenue, expense, and profit targets.
Lead overall business performance, providing guidance for market sales activities and employing diverse methods for target achievement and successful payment collection.
Proactively identify and capitalize on business opportunities, cultivating new customer relationships and nurturing key accounts for continuous sales growth.
Stay informed about market trends, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics, and provide valuable insights to shape business development strategies.
Lead negotiations, contract signings, and address customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Conduct in-depth analyses of industry customers, fostering strong relationships, understanding evolving needs, and establishing collaborative partnerships.
Qualifications :
5 years in sales specially in HVAC or home appliance (big box store), including 2 years leading teams of 3 or more members.
Proven leadership, surpassing sales targets.
Extensive experience in key account sales and industrial refrigeration.
Proficient in CRM systems, improving team efficiency.
