Operations Specialist - Exterior Facilities Management - Base Salary to 75k / year - Mechanicsburg, PA

  • Our client, a leader in exterior services management, is seeking an Operations Specialist for the Support Team to oversee the recruitment, training, and management of a dedicated support team. The Operations Specialist ensures service delivery, quality assessments, and the integration of technology to enhance operational performance across various platforms, including snow and ice, landscaping, and enhancements.
  • As a critical contributor, the Operations Specialist will manage team readiness, oversee site quality surveys, and lead the deployment of sensor technologies.

Responsibilities :

  • Hire, train, and manage part-time and full-time support team members, including Sensor Array Agents, Billing Agents, and Oversight Team Members.
  • Ensure the support team is trained and operationally prepared to meet service delivery standards.
  • Plan, train, and execute quality surveys for snow, ice, and landscaping projects, ensuring data is accurately recorded and analyzed.
  • Manage sensor installation, repositioning, inventory, and storage to support site-level data collection.
  • Oversee season startup and shutdown processes for snow and landscape operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to monitor performance, address issues, and improve service outcomes.
  • Develop processes to proactively assist account executives with site enhancements before, during, and after implementation.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress and team initiatives.

    • Qualifications :

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience managing customer relationships or account management.
  • Leadership experience in managing part-time and full-time teams.
  • Knowledge of commercial exterior services, including snow and ice management, landscaping, and site construction.
  • Familiarity with professional certifications such as ASCA-C, ASM, or CSP is a plus.
  • Proficiency with technology and data-driven tools.

  • Base salary up to 75k / year, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
