The Senior HVAC Estimator will report to the General Manager and involves planning, coordinating, and supervising full estimates for large-scale projects, as well as ensuring the accuracy and completeness of final estimate packages. Responsibilities :
The Senior HVAC Estimator will lead and oversee the estimating team, managing bid strategies, supervising staff, and ensuring accurate project pricing. Key responsibilities include reviewing estimates, training personnel, negotiating contracts, and supporting project management. The Senior HVAC Estimator will be instrumental in bid selection, contract negotiations, and maintaining estimating software to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of commercial HVAC and plumbing estimating experience, along with strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills. A proven track record of supervising estimating teams and ensuring precise project pricing is essential. Additional expertise in estimating software, pricing systems, bid strategy, and staff training is highly valued.
Compensation :
