Vice President of Finance - Plastic Manufacturing - Base Salary to 220k / year - Dallas, TX
Our client, a top American-made Manufacturer & Distributor is seeking a Vice President of Finance to strategically direct & oversee all Financial Operations & Maintain the company's fiscal stability.
This is a Project-based role , expected to be 2-3 years in duration, whereas the Vice President of Finance will collaborate with the leadership team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans & policies and help to develop & coach the financial operations team.
Responsibilities :
Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting & auditing
Ensure that all financial transactions, policies, & procedures meet the organizations short & long term objectives
Collaborate with the Company President regarding the Financial Strategy
Oversee the Preparation & Communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial reports & statements
Responsible for bringing key financial data & updates to the Board, Officers & President
Ensures Adherence to all legal & regulatory compliance across all financial functions
Provides Leadership & Development for Finance and Accounting team
This is a Project Role - Scheduled to last 2-3 Years
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting / Finance or Related Field- MBA Preferred
15 Years of Experience in Senior Financial Role (VP or CFO level)
Background in Manufacturing is a plus
Demonstrated Ability to Lead People & Get Results
Ability to Forecast & Plan for Long-term & Short-term Financial Goals
Cost Accounting Experience
High-Level of Knowledge in Finance, Accounting & Tax Code Compliance
Complex Problem Solving Skills
Strong Interpersonal & communication skills
Team Oriented
Demonstrated Leadership & Team Development Experience
Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 220k / year plus a discretionary bonus. Company also offers 401k with a match, top health benefits, and full relocation package.
