Overview :
We are looking for an Payroll / Accounting Assistant in our new office location in our Galloway NJ Office. This position is a full-time position , In Office position and preparing payroll biweekly and maintain and managing weekly employee time card review. This role also responsible for assisting AR / AP transactions with our accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare & Process accurate Payroll for a company with nearly 50-75 employees bi- weekly using our payroll software.
- Assisting Each department manager for on boarding for new hires
- Oversee sick and PTO accrual any paid time off program and maintain employee database.
- Reviewing hours on timecards, editing timecards and approval weekly.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- Assist with general accounting tasks AR / AP .
- Create specialized payroll / audit reporting as needed
