Overview:
AllSeason Solar currently has several open positions for Solar Consultants in Office Position. The qualified candidate will be responsible for working directly with homeowners that would like to go solar via web using such as Zoom or Google Meet, Microsoft Team. This individual will spend the majority of their time walking them through entire sales process includes their questions and concerns. The Solar Consultant is considered the key liaison between AllSeason Solar and the homeowner and should personify a total expertise in solar systems.
Hours, Compensation & Benefits:
- In-Office Position -This is not a Remote Work
- Full-Time in Office position, approximately 40 – 50 hours per week
- Set work schedule
- Performance based position
- Base plus commission, $75, 000 - $150,000 OTE
- Health Insurance and Vision Benefits Available
- Paid Time Off (PTO / Vacation / Holidays)
- No road work required
Responsibilities: To include but not limited to:
- Close all qualified sales leads assigned by office
- Update our CRM with customer updates and Documents
- Analyzing homeowners electrical usage and feasibility of investment
- Cultivate Referral Opportunities from new and existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional follow-up skills a must
- Driven individual who understands the sales process and ability to meet requirements
- Tech Savvy: MS Office ,Google Suite, CRM knowledge
- Flexible to work evenings
