POSITION
This role sits within Allspring's Investment COO Office. The Business Manager will support and work with the Equity and Fixed Income Investment COOs to lead the process of developing and implementing strategic initiatives for Allspring's investment teams. This role represents the investment function and partners with Allspring's Project Management Office to ensure alignment with organizational goals, foster collaboration, and execute deliverables. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to guide discussions, manage resources, and oversee the execution of strategic plans.

- Positive feedback from facilitated sessions regarding inclusivity and productivity.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Equity and Fixed Income Investment COOs with :
Design and facilitate workshops or sessions to derive the corporate function's strategy.
Develop project plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic goals and desired outcomes.
Conduct research on industry trends, market data, and internal performance metrics to inform strategy.
Lead discussions on complex or controversial topics to achieve consensus.
Assess tools, techniques, and methodologies used in strategy development for effectiveness.
