The position requires a mission-focused, seasoned, strategic, and process-minded leader who can model the core values of the organization even when it’s difficult and set the tone / lead the way for all employees to do the same.Reporting to the President and CEO, the Chief Operating Officer is responsible for leading and managing the operations at IMPACT, including the following programs : Contact Center, Intoxicated Driver, Planning & Evaluation, and Coordinated Entry. The COO will ensure that these programs are executed in an efficient and effective manner and fortify IMPACT’s reputation in the community. The COO is also responsible for Human Resources and serves as the organization’s Privacy Officer, Security Officer, and Civil Rights Compliance Officer.The Chief Operating Officer will develop and implement outcome measurements and key metrics for each area, lead the organization’s process improvement and quality assurance programs, ensure that all programs meet state and federal privacy and confidentiality standards, and work with the CEO to keep the Board of Directors abreast of programmatic opportunities, strategies, and challenges.This role will be on-site;
