POSITION
Allspring Global Investments is looking for a Head of Distribution Technology to join our esteemed Engineering and Technology team. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise to drive innovation and implement Allspring's Salesforce and Distribution solutions. As the Head of Distribution Technology, you will play a key role in developing a Distribution platform, including Salesforce products and other SAAS solutions for internal collaboration, analytics, and reporting. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a team of technology professionals and shape the future of our technology landscape.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Show a demonstrable understanding of various components of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Tableau Server, CRM Analytics, and Data Cloud. Provide references to multiple large-scale projects that were successfully delivered.
- Create and implement a detailed strategy for the Salesforce platform, including architecture design, development, integration, and maintenance. Lead design sessions, document solutions, identify gaps, and manage custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Design scalable and flexible Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensure security, and adhere to standard methodologies for platform optimization.
- Guide continuous optimization of the Salesforce platform to improve performance, usability, and user experience.
- Stay ahead of emerging Salesforce technologies and industry trends to find opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Salesforce technical team, encouraging a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to comprehend requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align them with organizational goals.
