POSITION
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Strategist to join our SMA Engineering team. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and formulating the strategic direction of the Allspring SMA suite of applications by working closely with stakeholders across the firm. You will partner with various individuals in SMA Engineering and broader Allspring Engineering and Technology organization to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects.
You will collaborate extensively with stakeholders and subject matter experts, as well as other cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and testers, to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, as well as a decent technical acumen, with a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Analysis :
Analyze investment data to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement
Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements
Develop solutions to business problems and help introduce these solutions to the organization
Assist in project management tasks, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
