Position Description
Lead , manage & engage with a team of mechanical process technicians to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of equipment.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems and machinery.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with operational goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Ensure the team is completing daily weekly and monthly PMs in a timely manner.
Prepare and present reports on team performance, project updates, and process optimization initiatives to senior management.
