Position Overview: THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
As a Full Desk Staffing Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, establishing and maintaining great relationships with your customers and your candidates, and be able to fill job orders for commercial temps, temp to perm and permanent placements. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to find the right candidates for various roles. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter as the position offers a full desk role where you are compensated for any sales you bring in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
- Review resumes and applications, screening candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and provide timely communication to candidates regarding interview details.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and tracking system for each recruitment process.
- Assist with interview coordination, including preparing interview questions and interview materials.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and managing interview feedback.
- Assist in managing candidate experience, ensuring positive communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
- Support with various recruitment-related projects and employer branding initiatives.
- Responsible for effective account management and the building of relationships with our clients

Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic with a dedication to making a difference in peoples lives.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing or HR administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using online job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Base Range: $38,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on experience, PLUS direct hire recruiting bonus, monthly GP bonus pool and sales commissions.
