SUMMARY: This position is responsible for scheduling service appointments, resolving customer complaints and issues, providing quotes, and processing paperwork, including invoices and service tickets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
To perform this job successfully, the Service Coordinator may be expected to perform some, or all the duties listed, and other duties as assigned.
- Schedule appointments for repairs, system upgrades and new sales, and must coordinate with customer time constraints.
- Customer Service, assisting customers with various issues, such as billing, technical support, etc.
- Prepare service order invoices and ensure accurate billing to customers.
- Maintaining Go Back queue and rescheduling as needed.
- Schedule sub-contractor work when needed.
- Prepare routing for service technicians.
- Work with service technicians to ensure all service paperwork is completed properly within the designated time.
- Provide service tickets and needed parts to technicians each day.
- Maintain scheduled appointments and any emergency appointments that need to be accommodated.
- Ordering service parts and receiving material/equipment into the warehouse.
- Processing repairs and returns to distributor.
- Assist in coordinating equipment procurement.
- Issue material and equipment to technicians.
- Assist in conducting service technicians truck inventory monthly.
- Monitoring Late to Test report and notifying customers.
- Assist in Compass/remote programming.
- Act as a liaison between sales personnel and service technicians.
- Interfacing with customers on Customer Satisfaction issues.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of and a proficiency in using a Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and Internet. Knowledge of SedonaOffice desired but not required.
- Must possess good decision-making skills, be very organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication.
- Excellent teambuilding, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Continuous use of discretion.
- Must be able to work with confidential information.
- Occasional training skills are required.

- High School Diploma/GED required
- Must be able to pass background check and have a valid driver’s license
SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM.-5PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
