Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain cars, trucks, and diesel vehicles of all makes and models.
• Utilize the latest diagnostic tools and service information to provide accurate, efficient repairs.
• Perform vehicle module replacements and programming on domestic vehicles.
• Work in a clean, organized, and safe environment with state-of-the-art equipment.
• Collaborate with our highly educated leadership team to maintain our industry-leading standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
• Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring clear communication with both customers and the team.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle issues, including electrical, mechanical, and computer-based systems.
• Experience working with OEM scan tools and diagnostic equipment for various makes and models (Ford, Dodge, GM, Honda, etc.).
• No flat-rate mentality – committed to doing high-quality work over rushing through jobs.
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and repair techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
