What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts and Accessories Associate position at VALDERS VEHICLES LLC?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to grow our Parts and Accessories Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong parts knowledge, experience in the automotive or trailer industry, and good organizational skills. The responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to :
- Parts ordering
- Stock in and receive parts
- Inventory Management
- Customer Service / Parts Counter
- Oversee the order management system to track orders from initiation thru fulfillment
- Assist Service Manager when needed
Previous experience working in a dealership environment is advantageous but not required. Knowledge of supply chain processes, including OEM standards would be beneficial. Also experience with data entry and proficiency in order management systems would be useful.
Hours are Monday thru Friday 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm, with occasional Saturdays 9 : 00am to 2 : 00pm
