Paralegal

We have an immediate need for a Litigation Paralegal at a leading law firm conveniently located in midtown Manhattan. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity that offers a hybrid schedule.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ of experience in defense litigation
• Familiar with court filings and daily time entry billing requirements,
• Proficient in MS Office and LexisNexis
• Must be able to serve and respond to discovery, handle records, prepare documents, schedule depositions and medical exams, and provide other paralegal support to attorney team.
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical records
• A Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
