Allstar Systems has expanded and is looking for the right person to manage our amusement business unit. We have digital jukeboxes, electronic dart boards, skill based video games, air hockey tables, and a variety of crane claw machines and other exciting products.
Allstar Systems is looking for upbeat and motivated person to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys meeting people and working with bar and restaurant owners. Must have a willingness to learn and demonstrate strong communication skills. This person would work closely with the Service Manager and Sales Manager, but would report directly to the General Manager of the company and be responsible for taking great care of all of our amusement customers.

About the Business Unit Manager role
This individual contributor role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Amusement business. You will be responsible for implementing strategic plans, setting goals and ensuring the unit meets its objectives.
Role Purpose
The purpose of a Business Unit Manager is to plan, lead, and coordinate the operations of the Amusement business unit. The Business Unit Manager is responsible for ensuring that the unit meets its goals, objectives, and financial targets. They oversee the unit and develop strategies to increase the unit's efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Business Unit Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures and coordinating with other departments.
The Business Unit Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring that customer service standards are met. They will ensure that the unit meets its goals and objectives while also managing the risks associated with the operations.
Business Unit Manager Duties
- Act as primary contact directly with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Plan, lead and coordinate the operations of the Amusements business unit
- Develop strategies and plans to meet organizational goals
- Establish and implement procedures and work systems including route planning

Most of your time will be spent within a 1.5 Hour radius of South Glens Falls NY.
This position has a semi-flexible work schedule, and we are happy to adjust days and hours to accommodate the perfect fit for the right person. Historically this role is best performed Tue, Wed, Thur and Fri with 10 hours days, but is semi-flexible.
You would be provided training, a company vehicle, and all the tools and support you would need to do a great job.
