Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients and businesses interested in insurance products through networking, social media, referrals, and online platforms.
• Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals, businesses, and community organizations to create a steady pipeline of leads.
• Outreach: Utilize phone calls, emails, and social media to initiate contact with prospective clients, providing information about our insurance offerings.
• Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead acquisition and conversion.
• Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.
Requirements
• Proven experience in networking, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the insurance, financial services or real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
