The Atlanta office has developed top sales reps year after year, in which many of them have been promoted to management. We are looking for our next top sales rep to join our growing team! Although we are a Fortune 100 company at Allstate Benefits, our office of only 15 people make it feel like a small family where you are able to make a large impact on sales! Target and build relationships with licensed health insurances agents / brokers via phone, email, and in person meetings (leads provided) to sell Allstate's small group health insurance products Provide timely communication to agents on product offerings, network changes, rate changes and plan designs Prospect agents, create quotes / proposals, and facilitate the full sales cycle Travel throughout the Southeast on relevant sales meetings and seminars (15% ) Travel to Charleston, Savannah, Greenville, Charlotte, Columbia, etc. Actively utilize the internal sales tracking system to record sales calls and proposals Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ~ Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience ~2 years of sales related experience preferred ~ Must be able and willing to travel ~ Ability to keep confidential information secured ~ Variety of computer software knowledge related to job Paid Training ~ Uncapped earning potential- 6 figures earnings for all sales reps ~ Incentive all-inclusive sales trips (qualification required- 2021 trip was to Hawaii)~ Medical, Dental, Vision benefits ~ Life and Short / Long Term Disability Insurance ~Pension opportunities ~ Company Paid Holidays & 20 days off ~
