Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy-related inquiries, payments, and coverage recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
- Cross-selling products and services to our existing customers
- Support the sales team by making outbound calls to offer additional services and schedule appointments.
- Handle multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Foster long-term client relationships by identifying coverage gaps and offering tailored solutions.
Requirements
We seek individuals with an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others. Ideal candidates:
- Have an Alaska Property & Casualty license (or are willing to obtain one).
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage high call volumes.
- Demonstrate dependability and reliability, arriving on time and ready to contribute.
- Are coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Are detail-oriented and able to follow proven agency processes.
