Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Allstate Exteriors LLC, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with leads, answer inquiries, and convert those leads into scheduled appointments for our roofing team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys speaking with customers, has excellent communication skills, and is able to effectively manage appointments and follow-up processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the sales or marketing team.
- Schedule appointments for roofing, siding and gutter consultations and assessments.
- Answer customer inquiries about roofing services and company offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate appointments.
- Follow up with customers as needed to confirm appointments and answer any additional questions.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into appointments and potential sales.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is a must, preferably in a sales or appointment-setting role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable working with phone systems, CRM software, and scheduling tools.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
