Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in clients
- Process policy changes, billing updates, cancellations, and basic claims support
- Handle renewal reviews and proactively retain business
- Support cross-sell and bundling efforts by flagging opportunities
- Monitor tasks in CRM to ensure nothing falls through
- Assist with follow-ups, documentation, and client onboarding steps
- Provide backup to other team members as needed
Requirements
- P&C Licensed in Florida (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or insurance experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive mindset and team-first attitude
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with online solutions, MS Office & Google Workspaces)
- Punctual, accountable, and excellent with follow-through
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
