This position is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to existing clients. The Customer Experience Manager works directly with the Agency Principal and Agency Process Manager to develop and implement strategic processes related to the customer experience and agency retention. You will have the ability to establish a rewarding career with unlimited potential. The ideal candidate should be a goal driven individual who appreciates a small office culture and a great work-life balance.

Candidates must have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service, outstanding communication skills, work well on a team and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements
- Identify liabilities and make recommendations to customers
- Answer inbound calls and educate customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products
- Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner
- Follow all company rules and regulations
Requirements
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have current PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License
- 3 Years of Personal Insurance related experience preferred
- Life Insurance Experience a PLUS!
- Must be comfortable using a computer and tech-savvy
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High Attention to Detail
- Ability to remain focused and strive to provide outstanding customer service
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
