This position is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to existing clients and welcoming new customers to the agency while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential. The ideal candidate should be a goal driven individual who appreciates a small office and a great work-life balance.
This position is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to existing clients and welcoming new customers to the agency while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential. Candidates must have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service, outstanding communication skills, work well on a team and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements
- Educate current and new customers in the world of insurance
- Field inbound calls and educate customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products
- Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner
- Follow all company rules and regulations
Requirements
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have current PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License
- 1 Years of in office Personal Insurance related experience required
- Must be comfortable using a computer and tech-savvy
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High Attention to Detail
- Ability to remain focused and strive to provide outstanding customer service
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
