Responsibilities

Policy Information : Provide detailed information about policies, coverages, and billing queries to ensure customers understand their options.
Account Management : Assist customers with account updates, policy changes, and renewal processes.
Data Entry : Accurately enter and update customer information in the system to ensure records are current and precise.
Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to help improve service delivery.
Requirement
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
