Position Overview:
Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact with clients when they walk through our doors, providing expert assistance with their insurance needs and ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key player in ensuring our customers feel valued, understood, and supported. Whether it’s answering questions about policies, helping with claims, or guiding customers through the insurance process, your expertise and care will make all the difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls and emails regarding policy details, claims, and general inquiries
- Assisting with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations
- Providing clear and accurate information about coverage options, benefits, and premiums
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting customer interactions and processing required paperwork
- Collaborating with the team to improve service quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
- A valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one).
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service (insurance experience is preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional, friendly manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using office software and technology
