Must have active property casualty insurance license and 2 years working with commercial lines accounts preferably in an independent insurance agency setting.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, effectively addressing all inquiries and concerns.
  • Policy Management: Provide in-depth guidance on policy options, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Documentation: Accurately process and maintain client records and handle policy renewals and adjustments efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Handle and resolve complaints promptly while providing satisfactory solutions to the customers.
  • Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to insurance regulations and company policies.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active West Virginia and/or Ohio Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Experience: 2 years previous experience in commercial lines customer service, within the insurance industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving client issues effectively.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle client inquiries and provide resolutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Team-Oriented: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and accountability, consistently achieving goals and completing tasks independently without direct supervision or constant guidance.
