Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, effectively addressing all inquiries and concerns.
- Policy Management: Provide in-depth guidance on policy options, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Documentation: Accurately process and maintain client records and handle policy renewals and adjustments efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Handle and resolve complaints promptly while providing satisfactory solutions to the customers.
- Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to insurance regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active West Virginia and/or Ohio Property & Casualty License is required.
- Experience: 2 years previous experience in commercial lines customer service, within the insurance industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving client issues effectively.
