Responsibilities

Product Knowledge : Maintain a strong understanding of Allstate Insurance products to educate and assist clients effectively.
Policy Sales : Execute the sale of insurance policies, ensuring thorough understanding for clients of their coverage options. Must possess a current and active Property and Casualty insurance sales license.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Team Collaboration : Work with colleagues in the local office and remotely to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
Requirement
Licensing : Must possess a current and active Property and Casualty insurance sales license.
Experience : Preferably a minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a related area.
