We are an independently owned Allstate insurance agency looking for a highly confident, self-motivated, friendly individual who is interested in an exciting career opportunity. As a client focused Insurance Sales Representative, you will be creating meaningful client relationships, and communicating appropriate insurance billing and coverage information.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish positive working relationships with clients, underwriters, repair services, and the local community.
- Quote and bind renewing and new business policies for the office
- Assist clients with determining best insurance options for their needs
- Work within the team dynamic to meet agency growth goals.

- Desire to interact in a group setting as well as on a personal level
- Background in sales is strongly preferred
- Cold calling experience is a plus
Eligibility Requirements
- Current Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Experience: 1 more years customer service or sales experience preferably within the insurance industry
