Responsibilities

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to enhance personal performance and client support.
Requirements
Licensing: Current and active New Jersey Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
