Customer Service/Insurance Licensed Sales Representative NJ

JOB Responsibilities:

• Develop positive working relationships with clients
• Inside sales, no travel required.
• Approach clients via cold calling and direct mail to inquire about their insurance situations and future needs
• Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchases
• Respond to clients’ questions and complaints

• Follow up with clients after initial meetings or conversations to close Your sales & earn your commissions.
• Participate in continuing education programs in both insurance and sales.

Successful Insurance Sales Rep qualifications;

• P&C license preferred but not required for hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers so that they understand them fully.

Salary and Bonus Commissions;

Start with a competitive Industry hourly pay, and earn uncapped levels of commissions and qualify for both individual and Team bonus. No reason why a FT Licensed P&C rep cannot earn well over $50k in their first year and grow into the future.
