Responsibilities
Customer Interaction : Provide courteous, prompt, and efficient service to customers regarding their personal insurance needs.
Quoting New and Renewal Personal Lines Policies.
Inquiry Handling : Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Policy Management : Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and explaining coverages in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their unique needs.
Problem Solving : Handle customer complaints and resolve issues by investigating problems and developing solutions.
Documentation : Accurately document customer interactions and process customer transactions efficiently.
Requirement
Experience : Previous experience in personal lines customer service.
Licensing : Must have a valid Property & Casualty License in New Jersey.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service : Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
