Overview
We are seeking highly motivated individuals for full-time sales positions focused on selling Auto and Home insurance over the phone. No degree or license is required, although prior experience is preferred. Successful candidates will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to make phone calls, and a drive to step outside of their comfort zone. This is a 100% commission-based role, and we are committed to providing a supportive environment designed to foster your success.
Responsibilities:
- Make 200 cold calls per day using an automatic dialer
- Proficiently use the quoting system to provide accurate client quotes
- Consistently step outside of your comfort zone to drive sales
- Maintain strong organization for follow-up communications
- Demonstrate dedication and a strong work ethic in the office environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
