• Provide benefits administration support, guiding customers through their options.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Background in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with insurance sales or benefits administration is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends.
• Experience in telemarketing or related fields will be considered an asset.

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
