Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Create and execute bold and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-performing talent who align with our fast-paced and ambitious culture.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through job boards, social media, partnerships, and employee referrals.
Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment trends, identify areas of opportunity, and continuously optimize hiring processes.
Training & Development
Design and roll out engaging and impactful training programs for new hires and existing team members, with a focus on sales techniques, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development initiatives to strengthen team performance.
Deliver hands-on coaching and mentorship to empower employees to achieve professional growth and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure our training materials and strategies are always cutting-edge.
Performance Coaching - Serve as an inspiring coach and motivator, helping team members unlock their full potential and drive results.
Partner with leadership to set clear performance goals and implement strategies to achieve and surpass them.
Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence across the agency.
Analytics & Reporting
Develop and maintain data-driven metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of recruitment, training, and performance initiatives.
Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis, driving improvements and innovation.
Track key indicators, such as retention rates, time-to-fill metrics, and training ROI, to fine-tune future strategies.
Requirements
5 years of experience in recruitment, training, coaching, or talent management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proven track record of designing and executing successful talent acquisition and development programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for inspiring and energizing teams.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
