Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our computerized data entry system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Uphold company standards of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with data entry systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
