- Creating and executing a scheduled blitz routine for predetermined territories.
- Growing and expanding vocational rental business in conjunction with other teams.
- Handling customer concerns personally and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and following through on tasks and responsibilities.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 5 years sales, rental, and management experience in the trucking/transportation industry or a related field.
- Self-motivation, energy, self-confidence, and integrity, with the ability to perform well without daily supervision.
- Strong negotiation skills to successfully interact with customers at all management levels.
- The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to exceed annual/quarterly/monthly sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
